和ChatGPT同一个老板的Worldcoin到底是不是空气币？
WLD依靠前段时间OpenAI宫斗的热度，币价创下历史新高。但是关于这个币一直是有一些争议的，甚至不少平台把WLD归属于空气币。今天我们来聊一下WLD到底算不算空气币。

ChatGPT和WLD到底什么关系
ChatGPT的母公司叫OpenAI，这个主体是2015年奥特曼和其他几个合伙人一起建立的。
WorldCoin的母公司叫Tools For Humanity(TFH），这个主体是2020年奥特曼和另外两个合伙人一起建立的。
所以，这两个产品的母公司只能说有实控人关联关系。
相互之间并没有直接控股关系。
按照公开说法，Sam Altman谈Worldcoin：十年内能看到与ChatGPT的结合。
也就是说现在Worldcoin和ChatGPT还没有什么结合。
WorldCoin在干啥？
目前就干两件事：录虹膜，发低保。
录虹膜-创建个人身份
很多人对这个事情有很多阴谋论，但其实虹膜扫描是一项已有的成熟技术。
个人认为与其担心自己的虹膜信息被人拿去，不如担心保护好自己的指纹和人脸信息，因为这两个身份信息才是犯罪分子作案的主要方式。
那个录入虹膜的球，名字叫Orb，主要的技术含量主要是防止有人虹膜扫描的过程中作弊。
因为按照以往发低保的经验，哪怕是政府也会忍不住作弊的冲动，创造虚假人头领空饷。

先亮一下我的低保领取记录：
我应该是总共可以领到120个币，目前价值300美金。
我目前已经领取60个，差不多每个月可以领两次（我一直很积极的在领），按现在价值150美金左右吧，差不多人民币一千块钱。
他们为啥要干这种事情呢？
就不得不提到一个叫Universal basic income (UBI)的项目，直接翻译过来就算全球基本收入。
实际上就是给全球的老百姓发低保。（是不是很像社会主义？）
但是这个项目自己没这么多钱，于是乎就创造了Worldcoin这么个空气币。只要大家认为这个币值钱，那参与项目的人就真的可以领到低保。
是不是很魔幻？
在美帝，只有发空气币才合规
谈到Worldcoin（WLD）到底有什么用。
其实无论是Wolrdcoin的白皮书，还是HTF创始人们的访谈，都有点讳莫如深的意思。
一会说社区治理，一会说价值储存。
其实大家要理解HTF的创始人们，他们是人在美帝，身不由己呀。
首先WLD不能和HTF或其他项目的现金流产生关联，否则就要去SEC进行注册。
其次WLD目前也不可以作为其他服务的结算货币。
所以，Worldcoin成为空气币只有一个原因：空气币才合规。
像币安币这种会涉及交易所利润回购的币，就被SEC认定为证券了。
空气币的薛定谔状态
既然目前Worldcoin和ChatGPT没有啥业务交集，为什么OpenAI的瓜，WLD反映得这么剧烈呢？
首先，空气币的价值就直接和热度相关，所以每次马斯克谈到狗狗币的时候，狗狗币都会迎来一波暴涨。

Worldcoin这个币就很有意思，只要奥特曼的影响力还在，实现业务导入产生盈利的问题不会很大。
但目前的监管逼着他只能当一个空气币。
