向凌云教授荣获区块链行业领军人物

由中国通信工业协会区块链专业委员会主办的倡导“1024区块链中国日”系列活动于2020年10月22日-24日在北京举行。活动现场对“区块链两化发展”做出贡献的单位和个人颁发了倡导“1024区块链中国日”金杏奖,向凌云教授等荣获区块链行业领军人物及第一届优秀履职委员奖。

A series of events sponsored by the Specialized Committee on Block Chains of the China Communications Industry Association was held in Beijing from 22 to 24 October 2020. Units and individuals who contributed to the “diversification of the block chain” were awarded the Golden Almond Award for the “1024 block chain China Day” and were awarded the Award to Professor Ling Yun, among others, for leading military personnel in the sector of the block chain and for the first term as a member of the board of excellence.

对中国区块链行业而言,2019年10月24日是一个载入史册的日子,中央政治局的集体学习中表示了对区块链的重视。“1024讲话”后区块链上升为国家战略,中央强调要把区块链作为核心技术自主创新的重要突破口,明确主攻方向,加大投入力度,着力攻克一批关键核心技术,加快推动区块链技术和产业创新发展。

For China’s block chain industry, 24 October 2019 was an historic day in which the Central Political Bureau’s collective learning focused on the block chain. The chain of blocks rose to national strategy after the 1024 speech, with the central emphasis on building the block chain as an important entry point for core technological and autonomous innovation, clarifying the direction of the attack, increasing investment, and focusing on key core technologies to accelerate technological and industrial innovation.

为此,专委会与央链全球、物链芯工程技术研究院、全球区块链联盟Blockchain Alliance Inc等携手联合各界,发出《倡导“1024区块链中国日”倡议书》,并建议国家尽快起草《中华人民共和国区块链产业促进法》的发起工作。

To this end, the Commission has joined forces with various parties, such as the China-China Initiative for the Promotion of the “1024 Block Chains” and the Project on the Promotion of the Block Chain Industry of the People's Republic of China, and has recommended that the State draw up the launch of the Law on the Promotion of the Block Chain Industry of the People's Republic of China as soon as possible.

会上,中共十九届中央委员,十三届全国人大常委会副委员长、党组成员张春贤致电预祝会议成功召开。王秉科在致辞中表示,中央“1024”讲话指明了我国区块链产业发展方向,具有重大历史意义。他建议,要以实际行动为区块链产业发展贡献力量。

郑新立表示,数字经济是第四次产业革命的标志。其中,“区块链+”应用到各个领域可以极大提高产业效率,促进行业数字化转型。他认为,目前区块链仍在发展初期,要加快技术研发、攻破技术难关,不断推动区块链产业促进法的起草和制定。

对此,吴忠泽提出六大建议,区块链技术要与新基建紧密结合、建立完善区块链创新体系、加快区块链标准化发展、加强区块链人才建设、要守正创新建立行业安全保障体系、启动区块链立法进程,从而占据在国际竞赛的制高点。
