Tornado Cash 开发者被判刑 “Code is speech” 已死？

就在昨天，荷兰法院对于俄罗斯公民、Tornado Cash的开发者之一 31 岁的 Alexey Pertsev 在加密货币混合器平台上洗钱 22 亿美元的案件做出了判决，被判处5年零4个月有期徒刑。Pertsev此前已经被羁押八个月，该时间将从刑期中扣除，因此剩下四年半的刑期。此次判决之后，Pertsev的律师可以有14天的时间提出上诉。
业内认为，此案将不仅仅是 DeFi 监管的分水岭，更会改变加密隐私的进程，对全球开源社区产生“寒蝉效应”，标志着Web3智能合约开发者将受到传统法律的约束。
