比特币暴跌15%，超400亿元资金灰飞烟灭 普通投资人切勿跟风炒作
虚拟货币市场再现"跳水"。4月18日，比特币走出一波崩盘式行情，较日内高位价格一度下挫超9000美元，日内跌幅超15%。比特币暴跌，币圈遭遇血洗，从币圈24小时交易情况来看，市值排名前30的虚拟货币全线下跌。波动之下，全网合约市场超400亿元资金灰飞烟灭。业内人士分析认为，虚拟货币由于缺乏足够的监管和全天候连续交易机制，价格波动更为剧烈，投资风险也更大。
On April 18, Bitcoin stepped out of a wave of landslides, at a time when high prices fell by over $9,000 and fell by more than 15 per cent. 根据Wind数据，4月18日开盘后，比特币呈现波动下行态势，由最高点60437.97美元逐渐下滑。上午11时，比特币由59000.01美元直线下挫，最低触及51300美元，较日内最高点暴跌超9000美元，日内跌幅超15%。截至4月18日20时16分，比特币跌幅小幅收窄，比特币报53986.62美元，日内跌幅为10.32%。

同样在本周内引起关注的还有"狗狗币"。作为币圈新宠的狗狗币，4月15日再获特斯拉总裁马斯克为其站台，狗狗币日内大涨50%。4月16日，狗狗币涨势延续，24小时内涨幅最高达250%，最高报0.33美元，交易市值突破600亿美元，狗狗币市值排名也由此跻身前十。

中国人民大学助理教授王鹏告诉北京商报记者，从现实情况来看，包括比特币在内的虚拟货币在各国金融结算系统中，并不具备进行货币交易的功能。虚拟货币更具备金融衍生品的属性，其价格走势也受到多方面因素影响，突发的监管动向、新闻舆情以及重大技术变革等，均有可能使其交易价格大幅波动。
China’s People’s University, Assistant Professor Wang Peng, told Beijing Business Journal journalists that virtual currencies, including Bitcoin, do not have the capability to conduct monetary transactions in national financial settlement systems. Virtual currencies are more characterized by financial derivatives, and their price trends are influenced by multiple factors.
王鹏指出，除了上述原因外，另一原因在于虚拟货币持有者过度集中。虚拟货币交易主要通过第三方即虚拟货币交易所开展，交易平台成为最大持有方，这也为庄家抱团、操控币种交易价格带来了可能。

In Chiang’s view, Turkey’s tightening of regulation will provide some point of reference and inspiration for other countries’ virtual monetary regulatory policies. At the same time, the trend towards joint regulation will become more pronounced as a result of the internationalization and digitalization of virtual currencies.
超400亿元资金爆仓投资人切勿盲目跟风

除了对正常货币体系产生冲击外，虚拟货币交易对于普通用户来说也存在诸多风险。早在2017年9月，我国央行联手七部委发布《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》指出，任何组织和个人不得非法从事代币发行融资活动。此后，多地均曾发布《关于"虚拟货币"交易活动的风险提示》，提示用户防范风险。

In response, Chiang pointed out that the virtual currency was not recommended for virtual currency-related investments by ordinary investors, since it had become more volatile owing to the lack of adequate regulation and round-the-clock continuous trading mechanisms, with greater investment risk, which was compounded by leverage transactions.
王鹏则进一步强调，当前，普通用户缺少对虚拟货币市场环境的认知，在现有行情下忽视其背后存在的风险追涨杀跌。普通用户更需谨慎，切勿盲目跟风。
Wang Peng further stressed that, at present, ordinary users lack understanding of the virtual money market environment and ignore the risks that lie behind them under existing circumstances. Ordinary users need to be more cautious and not blind.
