According to a paper submitted on Tuesday (2 January), a total of 315,000 shares were sold in Séle, which was obtained in the exercise of stock options.

MicroStrategy发言人对塞勒出售股票的举动回应道，该公司此前就曾宣布，塞勒计划在今年1月2日至4月26日期间出售至多40万股股票。

MicroStrategy's spokesperson responded to the sale of Séler's stock, which had previously announced that Sélé planned to sell up to 400,000 shares between 2 January and 26 April of this year.

Shearer was a co-founder of MicroStrategy, an enterprise software company, which moved from 2020 to the Bitcoin strategy.
