“三链合一” 被低估的Babylon

一、Babylon究竟是什么？
有关Babylon的介绍已经非常丰富，很多大型机构和媒体都对其进行了分析。因此，在这里，我不会冗长地介绍其过程和原理，而是尝试用最简洁的语言来描述Babylon是什么。
Babylon是一个旨在通过"自限"方案实现BTC的"去信任化质押"，从而让"POS链的安全层"获得"收益"的项目。
以下是几个名词的解释：
1、自限：这指的是Babylon按照"zero-trust"的方式自我限制，并不采用多签等方式，而是持续开发"比特币时间戳"协议，使其成为项目的基石之一。
2、去信任化质押：这包含两个概念，一是去信任化，Babylon并非托管方案，因此不能操控用户资产。用户的资产通过"time-lock"和"SchnorrSignature "被锁定在用户自己控制的地址中（操作受限），无需信任第三方；二是质押。确切地说，我更倾向于使用"锁定"，因为实际情况是BTC在主网上被锁定，但“质押”是从用途的角度考虑的，更容易为人理解。
3、质押凭证：这一点很好理解。质押事件会通过技术手段处理成一个凭证，可以在不同领域使用。需要解释的是，BTC并未被转移到目标链以进行质押，而是凭证被用作质押的确认。
4、POS链的安全层：我们知道，POS链的安全性主要依赖于质押资金，资金越多，理论上安全性越高。许多链会使用链上的代币作为质押物，这暗含了不安全因素。当币价下跌时，链的安全性将降低，安全性下降则更容易导致不安全事件的发生，从而导致代币继续下跌，形成“死亡螺旋”。而引入BTC这样加密货币中最优质的资产作为安全层的保障，将极大地增强POS链的安全性。
5、收益：没错，Babylon是一个获取收益的项目，其收益来自为POS链提供安全性的“奖励”。需要指出的是，Babylon并非用于激活BTC DeFi的项目，质押的BTC无法直接参与DeFi。但是，产生的收益或积分可以通过某些手段参与到DeFi中，这是另当别论，不能混淆。
二、Babylon的意义
1、激活BTC
我认为，这是Babylon最重要的意义之一。在我之前的文章中提到，当前BTC生态急需解决的问题之一是“如何激活那些不愿意动的BTC”
BTC目前拥有1.197亿枚货币供应，其中约60%已经长期未动。使迟缓的BTC得以参与到生态中，对于BTC本身、BTC支持者和整个DeFi都是一个不可忽视的机遇。Babylon的“去信任化质押”能够让原本被静置的BTC获得新的活跃，进而推动BTC的进一步发展。
2、重新定义POS链质押
Babylon引入BTC作为POS链的安全层，极大地增强了POS链的安全性，这对整个加密货币行业具有重要里程碑意义。

It will lead to the occurrence of unsafe events, which will cause tokens to continue to fall and form a death spiral. Introducing the best quality assets in this cryptocurrency as the guarantee of the security layer will greatly enhance the security of the chain. Yes, it is a project that obtains income, and its income comes from the reward of providing security for the chain. It should be pointed out that it is not possible to directly participate in the pledge of the activated project, but the generated income or points can be involved in it by some means. This is another matter. I think this is one of the most important meanings. In my previous article, I mentioned that one of the problems that need to be solved urgently in the current ecology is how to activate those who are unwilling to move, and currently have hundreds of millions of money supplies, which have been inactive for a long time, so that they can participate in the ecology slowly, which is an opportunity that can not be ignored for their supporters and the whole society. 3万亿美元的市值，绝大部分处于“冬眠”或“假冬眠”状态，躺在账户里面。
导致这个现象的原因在于BTC持有者一贯的理念“not your key, not your coin”。
持有者追求“极端安全”的特性与ETH持有者有天然的不同，同时BTC主网有限的脚本能力，无法有效的利用智能合约的形式来进行“安全跨链”，因此BTC的利用率一直很低。
Babylon的出现可以慢慢激活这些BTC持有者利用BTC的想法并逐渐培养这种习惯。
从模块化的角度来说，Babylon可以发展成为一个“通用模块组件”：安全层模块。广泛应用于各个POS链中，为这些链引入BTC作为安全保障。BTC持有者获得更多的收益机会，各条链获得更多的安全性，互利共赢！
三、Babylon的前景
1、三链合一，前景光明
基于Babylon的“技术、叙事背景”：
1）COSMOS链：Babylon根植于Cosmos，采用了Cosmos的IBC链间通信，对于Cosmos链来说，是必然会拥抱Babylon带来的安全性的，也会给Cosmos系带来新的活力。
2）BTC链：Babylon的定位目标就是BTC链，Babylon可以逐渐激活BTC网络中BTC的使用。
3）ETH链：Babylon的理念和Eigenlayer是“同脉”的，但是基于BTC网络的不同，Babylon实现了自托管，在这一块还超越了Eigenlayer。对于EVM系的链来说，引入BTC这种“优质度”超越ETH的资产也不是不可能的。
2、估值和依据
计算估值，我们做几个假设性的对比（非严谨）：
1) TVL（总价值锁定）
目前Eigenlayer的TVL是147亿美金，ETH的市值是3500亿美金左右，占比4.2%；当前BTC市值约1.2万亿美金，如果Babylon能够激活1%的BTC，则Babylon的TVL有望达到120亿美金。
近期有消息称，Babylon未来的TVL有望达到500亿美元，即使最保守估计也能超过200亿美元。这将使其成为仅次于SOL的重要项目，显示出巨大的潜力。
另一方面，根据FDV的推测，Babylon未来的估值至少会达到100亿美元。与类似项目相比，Babylon的发展前景和价值都不容忽视。
四、Babylon参与机会有哪些？
对于普通投资者而言，目前可以通过三种方式参与Babylon项目：
1、参与Bitcoin Staking Pioneer Pass 二级交易
这是Testnet-3测试网奖励的一部分，可通过购买市场上的相关NFT获得。对于NFT的价值及回报率，可以通过一定公式来大致估算。
2、参与Babylon Testnet - 4

3、积累BTC，等待主网上线后参与
