Renzo的崛起比Ethena还要传奇

今天聊聊币安新上的Renzo项目:
Today let's talk about the new Renzo project on Binance:
作为DEFI integration做的最好的Restaking项目（和几乎所有的新Layer2都有合作，也在考虑扩展业务线），也是社区参与度最高的（小伙伴们都有参与），Renzo成为了第二个上线币安的LRT。 Renzo的崛起比Ethena还要传奇，去年11月份的时候还是一个一文不名的团队（那时候Ethena已经完成了接近千万美元融资），然后在短短半年间做到了LRT领域公认的Top2。我觉得原因有三：
As the best Restaking project for DEFI integration (with collaboration with almost all new Layer2 and considering expanding its business line), and also the one with the highest community participation (everyone has participated), Renzo became the second LRT listed on Binance. Renzo's rise is more legendary than Ethena's. In November last year, it was still an unknown team (at that time, Ethena had completed a financing of nearly tens of millions of dollars), and then in a short half year, it became recognized as the Top 2 in the LRT field. I think there are three reasons for this:
1、首先是踩中了Eigenlayer的风口，这个不用多说是成功的基石。
First of all, it hit the wave of Eigenlayer, which goes without saying is the cornerstone of success.
2、前期不硬卷TVL（如果硬卷的话在窗口期开STETH的存入和激励是最简单方案）而是做好EZETH的DEFI退出流动性（虽然前几天流动性崩了但是早期进入退出是很简单的）和L2的integration。前者能让存钱的用户存的放心，后者能让TVL在后期产生作用。
2. In the early stage, it did not forcibly increase TVL (if it did, the simplest solution would be to open STETH deposits and incentives during the window period). Instead, it focused on the DEFI outflow liquidity of EZETH (although the liquidity collapsed a few days ago, it was very easy to enter and exit in the early stage) and L2 integration. The former can reassure users who save money, and the latter can make TVL effective in the later stage.
3、中期拿到币安的投资，TVL疯涨的情况下保证了产品的可用性。

4、后期在EL上主网之后，第一时间测试合约做取款，支持不同种类的AVS。

前几天Renzo的空投出现了一些问题，第一版规则中一方面大家觉得总量太少分数超发太严重，另一方面是领取时间相比币安上币时间晚很多，最后是必须持有EZETH和有反女巫的最低限制。但幸好团队都根据社区的反馈做出了对应的更改。这里我的理解是一方面因为Renzo参与的人数太多，大家都有自己撸的策略，很难做到绝对公平（比如说偏袒低保策略损失的是大户的利益，盘子那么大总有人会受伤），另一方面是总量来说因为EL还没有上线，还得准备激励给第二季度EL上线前后，很难提供过高比率的代币作为这次的空投奖励。所以最终的方案要有舍有得，只能保证相对公平。
A few days ago, there were some issues with Renzo's airdrop. On one hand, many people felt that the total amount was too small and the over-issuance of points was too serious according to the rules of the first version. On the other hand, the claiming time was much later than the listing time on Binance. Lastly, it was necessary to hold EZETH and have the minimum requirement for anti-witch. But fortunately, the team made corresponding changes based on community feedback. My understanding here is that on one hand, because there were too many participants in Renzo, everyone had their own strategies, and it was difficult to achieve absolute fairness (for example, favoring the low guarantee strategy would harm the interests of large holders - with such a big pie, someone is bound to get hurt). On the other hand, in terms of the total amount, because EL has not yet gone online, it is still necessary to prepare incentives for before and after the second quarter of EL going online, making it difficult to provide a high ratio of tokens as airdrop rewards this time. So the final solution had to involve trade-offs, and could only ensure relative fairness.
Renzo的总量100亿，分数接近20亿，如果1分0.12美元的话早期进入的是赚钱的，而后期参与YT的部分会被反撸，这样对应的价格是0.34美元/币，也比较符合现在大盘的情况。后续随着AVS的逐步上线（收益率会从这边来）、EL的发币和团队新的功能产品的上线，价格应该会有一定上升。
The total supply of Renzo is 10 billion, with points close to 2 billion. If 1 point is $0.12, early entry will be profitable, while the part participating in YT later will be counterproductive. The corresponding price is $0.34/coin, which also fits the current overall market situation. Subsequently, with the gradual launch of AVS (the yield will come from this side), the issuance of EL, and the launch of new functional products by the team, the price should rise to a certain extent.
The author's investment manager source today talks about the project on Coin's New Security as the best project to do, and almost all the new capitals have cooperated and are considering expanding their business lines. The small partners with the highest community participation have all participated in becoming the second online. The rise of Coin's Security is even more legendary than last month, when it was still a penniless team, it had already completed nearly 10 million US dollars of financing and then achieved field recognition in just half a year. I think there are three reasons. First, it stepped on the tuyere. Needless to say, this is the cornerstone of success. If it is hard-rolled, the deposit and incentive in the window period is the simplest solution, but it is a good exit liquidity. Although the liquidity collapsed a few days ago, it is very simple to enter and exit early. The former can make the users who save money feel at ease, and the latter can make the investment that gets the currency security in the later period soar, which ensures the usability of the products. In the later period, the contract is tested to make withdrawals to support different kinds of overall situation. The key to success is to have a stable execution and unite all those who can unite. There were some problems in the airdrop a few days ago. In the first edition of the rules, on the one hand, everyone thought that the total amount was too small, and the score was too serious. On the other hand, the collection time was much later than the time when the coins were installed. Finally, it was necessary to hold them and there was a minimum limit against witches. Fortunately, the team made corresponding changes according to the feedback from the community. My understanding here is that on the one hand, because there were too many participants, everyone had their own strategies, it was difficult to be absolute. Fairness, for example, favoring the low-income policy will lose the interests of large households. On the other hand, it is the total amount. Because it has not been launched yet, it is difficult to provide too high a proportion of tokens before and after the launch of the second quarter as an airdrop reward. Therefore, the final plan must be given something, and only a relatively fair total amount of 100 million points can be guaranteed. If the dollar is divided, the early entry will be profitable and the later participation will be reversed. The corresponding price is US dollars.
