背景信息
打新的目的是套利，也算投资。
香港比特币现货ETF是支持实物认购（用比特币认购）和现金认购的。
又包括场外认购（通过基金公司和券商认购基金份额）和场内购买（在港交所二级市场购买，有证券代码）。
就目前从市场了解到的情况看，目前只有三家基金公司发行比特币现货ETF和以太坊现货ETF，分别是华夏、嘉实和博时基金。
何时打新
ETF上市分为IOP（首次发行阶段）场外认购和上市后认购交易。打新就发生上市前在IOP期间认购，上市当天即可在二级市场卖出。有点类似IPO认购股票，开盘卖出。或者币安的IEO认购，抢到开盘卖出就有盈利。
为什么比特币ETF打新能获利
目前可以打新认购香港比特币ETF的券商（PD/分销商）只有极少数几家有虚拟资产零售牌照的香港券商，而ETF登录港交所获得证券代码后，所有几百家香港券商和银行都可以购买。也就类似一级市场可以参与的券商少，所以认购资金量小。开盘到了二级市场，能购买的券商多了，资金量也就大，价格自然也被炒高了。再加上上市前IOP世时间短，买到货的人就不多，二级市场卖出的人远远少于买入的人，从而ETF在场内和场外就会存在溢价。
也就是说，一级市场认购的人越少，资金越少，二级市场买的人越多，资金越大，可获利的空间就越大。
据说美国比特币ETF开盘当日有10%的溢价，而且是在纯现金认购的情况下（美国是不支持实物认购的）。
有什么风险
大家都知道虚拟币风险很大，这次比特币ETF是由港交所、知名基金公司、持牌交易所、持牌虚拟资产券商共同参与，对于虚拟币的安全性是有保障的。
从交易风险上说，打新挣的是个安稳套利钱，而不是受涨跌影响盈亏。
如何实现打新套利
首先，现金认购比特币ETF的盈亏风险就等于直接购买比特币，是完全跟踪比特币价格涨跌影响。
但是，如果用比特币认购比特币ETF，也就是实物认购，会怎么样？
因为比特币和比特币ETF是固定兑换比例，所以如果在IOP阶段认购成功比特币ETF，等到港交所开盘，如果溢价足够高，就在港交所场内卖成港币，再同时买回比特币，赚取场外和场内的差价。
如果场内外没有溢价，或者场外的价格贵了，那么就实物赎回。假如开始认购的时候是100个比特币，赎回的还是100个比特币，也没亏。
这就是比特币ETF场内外套利的基本逻辑。
