香港全面拥抱"Web3"能否让香港浴火重生，重新成为新的金融科技中心，重振其经济？
答案：不大可能
事实上，很多国家在治理“Web3”犯罪行为的执法成本，以及本国居民在这领域的金融投资损失，远远超过“Web3”行业对当地经济的贡献。
具体案例可参见巴拿马的FTX和韩国的Luna事件。
区块链的特性，如转账不可逆性、匿名性和私钥控制所有权，使其成为犯罪分子的理想温床。
目前，Coingecko和Coinmarketcap收录了上万个币，按照当今的证券、金融和刑事法等角度，至少有99%的币涉及欺诈以及其他犯罪行为。
而大银行如果与“Web3”合作过于紧密，则可能会面临涉及洗钱和欺诈的高额罚款，这些罚款远远超过它们的收益。
因此，即使香港全面拥抱“Web3”，大银行（如汇丰、中行）也会对涉及币圈的转账进行严格的风控，而只有一些初创小银行（如ZA bank）对其较为友好。
