打穿加密ETF 说不定是香港的突围之路

说实话香港的比特币现货ETF获批我一点都不奇怪，但是这次连以太坊现货ETF也能获批，倒是让我有点惊喜。

香港的未来，就靠加密了吧？说过，港府最近的日子一直不太好过，这次一次性批复了比特和以太的现货ETF，也算是展现了一定的魄力。

以太坊能上ETF，其他代币呢？

无论是美国还是世界上其他地区，现在普遍认为比特币不是证券。

但是以太坊算不算还是有很多争议。

这也是美国以太坊ETF推进慢的主要原因。

在美帝SEC只对证券有管辖权，其实完全可以“搁置争议，共同开发”

一个加密货币如果是证券，可以通过SEC管辖；如果不是证券，不是一样可以通过ETF的模式被你管辖么？

香港证监会就是深刻领会了这个逻辑，所以大胆批准了以太坊ETF。

按照这个逻辑，更多种类的加密ETF也是指日可待呀。

毕竟以太坊现在是内忧外患，外面Cosmos/Solana等生态气势汹汹，内部各路L2公链也是诸侯割据。

不知道V神亲临香港对推动以太坊坊现货ETF有多大的帮助，但以太坊现货获批，在同为普通法框架下的香港来说，后面是很难拒绝其他公链代币的ETF的。

香港还是擅长做通道

香港人口总共就只有几百万，靠本地市场几乎无法生存。

但是说实话我其实比较看好香港这种加密ETF的策略。

美国因为管辖权的问题，目测三年之内都还会吵来吵去，目前摆在机构，如果要投资加密有两个选择：

1）找到合规交易所开户

2）通过加密ETF购买

第一种方式看起来很简单，但是在机构实际操作层面还是挺复杂的：

• 很多机构对交易所还是不信任的，尤其是FTX这种浓眉大眼的交易所暴雷到现在也才不到两年

• 机构的人都很懒的，学习点认知什么的还行，要真需要操作门槛还是挺高

通过第二种ETF的方式就不一样了，还是熟悉的平台，熟悉的上下游，只不过换了一种底层资产。

香港就应该发挥自己的制度优势，尽早把主流的加密货币都ETF了，甚至可以开放基金经理DIY组合。

在现行香港的规则下，赚的钱可不仅仅只是ETF的管理费，下游持牌合规的交易所说不定也是指望靠这个开展业务。

和普通大陆人没什么关系

身处大陆的朋友们不要多想了，作为散户（韭菜）就要有散户的自觉。

要学会三省吾身：

1）能买美/港股么？

2）能买美帝比特币现货ETF么？

3）香港的合规交易所，你开得了户么？

当然我相信我的很多读者以上三件事都可以做到，不过一般这种人也不需要ETF来配置加密资产。

但是以往连币安/OKX这类交易所都没有，甚至美/港股账户都没开的人，幻想香港ETF通过之后可以自由配置加密资产，那您真是有想象力。

香港虽然是我们对外的窗口，但主要是希望外国的钱进来，中国的货物或者服务出去。

可以认为是半导体通道吧~
