香港证监会：打击无牌加密货币交易与“唱高散货”集团_虚拟币交易所平台,数字货币,NFT

吴说区块链获悉，据香港经济通报道，香港证监会副行政总裁梁凤仪表示，市场出现很多虚拟资产诈骗个案，由于虚拟资产不属证券及支付方式，不在证监会管辖范围内，但在众多投资者蒙受巨大损失下，证监会认为有责任扩大监管范围，或可以发牌处理。她又指，在发展加密货币的同时，亦要打击无牌加密货币交易，更要加强投资者教育方面的工作，证监会正不断加强对场外衍生工具的监管，未来亦将推出交易资料储存库，汇报交易。她又提及，早前与警务处打击的“唱高散货”集团，将会持续教育大众在投资上的及小心使用社交媒体。

唱高散货是指：骗徒往往假装成投资教练，循不同的社交媒体途径为投资者提供内幕消息，唱高目标股份的股价，然后以高价向其他投资者出售股份，从中获利。

唱高散货通常涉及以下三个阶段：

1、挟仓并推高股价：第一阶段，骗徒通常会大量购入一些低市值的上市公司的股份，因为这类型的股票相对较容易被操纵。

2、出货：第二阶段，骗徒试图取得投资者的信任，并在社交媒体平台散布有关目标公司的虚假利好消息，藉此诱使投资者买入目标股票。

3、抛售：最后阶段，当目标股份的股价被人为地推高而需求放缓后，骗徒便会抛售其于目标 公司的所有股票，引致股价大跌，受害人便因此蒙受重大投资损失，骗徒则从被骗的投资 者身上不当获利。
