今天主要聊聊DAO
可能很多人对DAO，都是陌生又熟悉的
好像各个平台都有DAO，YGG搞了个DAO，CRV是DAO
现在一个区块链应用，组织形式不是DAO，都不好意思跟人打招呼
DAO已经成为了区块链组织的政治正确
根据第一性原理，我们来重复下DAO的定义
百度一下，得到的结果是——去中心化组织说白话就是好吧，我也不知白话怎么解释。。。
几年前我第一次听到这个概念的时候简直一脸懵逼
这个概念是很区块链的因为一直我们都比较推崇，自治，社区自治来源于西方文化的区块链，最爱的就是民主和自治
因此也比较反对，很多大型公司里面，董事会几个老头，屁股决定脑袋，随意的一个决策，就改变基层员工根本利益的事儿
毛主席告诉我们，底层人民要团结起来，推翻腐朽的旧制度，建立新的美好世界你要改变可以，至少你要提出个改革方案吧DAO就是这个方案

顺着这个逻辑，我们可以看到
很多原生的，非常区块链的协议都很注重组织结构DAO化，同时他们的代币，也会偏向于治理代币的方向而不是我们喜欢的权益代币，分红代币，燃烧代币等等注意这两句话，这是区分国产土狗项目的一个重要指标
然后我们就看到这样的现象
一个协议成功了，并且推出了DAO协议投票决定未来发展，做出重要决策
看起来蛮好的，其实也有问题
因为这个模型，实际上是代议制我们的人民代表大会也是代议制，就是选出代表，由代表们开会做决策

问题在哪呢？区块链的治理，是POS，谁的币多，谁的决策权重更高所以搞了半天，其实还在原地打转
大户决定一切，跟董事会决定一切，并没有根本区别

综上，DAO还是处于一个比较实验性的阶段
这也是为什么，DAO几乎是跟DEFI，同一时间推出DEFI已经两轮牛市DAO却依然没有掀起很大热潮的原因
科学家认为，核心出在组织发起的形式，错了
协议DAO，是自上而下的，我牛逼，我赚钱了，我意思意思搞个DAO
其实啥也不变

真正的DAO，应该是自下而上的我举个例子
现在科学家要看到供电不足问题，用区块链的方式解决，我想了个点子，然后在各个设计平台，公开我的想法
总会有一两个理想主义者（大傻子），认可我然后我们就组织在一起，天天开会讨论，怎么实现，同时还利用空闲时间，一起写写代码，发起捐款计划
围观的吃瓜群众，看到我们搞的还有声有色的想那么回事就加入我们的discord，深度围观因为discord我们设置的是全公开，可回溯。所以任何人，都可以来看，而且可以从头到尾，看到我们之前在干嘛，现在在干嘛，以后打算怎么干，遇到啥问题，怎么解决比开放式厨房，还开放热心群众就加入了，提提意见，说说想法，甚至还有一两个大好人主动提出给钱
为梦想窒息
后来搞着搞着，我们这群完全是草根的，没有任何劳动协议和报酬的团队真的搞出来了永动机发财了这时候我就顺势发一个币，就大傻子币，然后空投给所有之前给项目做过贡献的社区成员这就是永动机DAO的行程
之后的路，还是按照之前的组织模型，大家依然是兼职，但是却有了代币奖励，更加上头了而经过这么长时间的磨合，大家也都比较熟悉
谁贡献更多，也是心里有数这时候，真正有价值的贡献值，就会获得更高的治理权限他可能很穷，也没什么币，但是他却拥有很高的权重大户虽然买了很多币，但是权重却不如
