律动BlockBeats消息，4月28日，据法制日报报道，浙江湖州查处首例价值百万「挖矿」案。4月12日，浙江省发改委通过日常监测平台监测到吴兴区埭溪镇上强村存在部分异常IP地址登录情况，疑似为非法“挖矿”行为，并立即将相关情况告知吴兴区发改经信局。此后，该局经排查后将目标锁定在上强村南园自然村一间简陋的出租民房内，并发现上百台矿机。 4月15日，吴兴区综合行政执法局赶赴杭州，与国家计算机网络与信息安全管理中心浙江分中心合作，首次通过高科技手段进行技术鉴定和证据固定，经鉴定确认当事人所持有的网络设备属于虚拟货币“挖矿”设备。 4月18日，吴兴区综合行政执法局执法队队员等工作人员前往埭溪镇对剩余现场设备（包括U盘、移动硬盘）进行现场核验。经核验，其中121套设备存在虚拟货币“挖矿”数据（总价值近300万元），执法队员现场制作设备数量清单，交由当事人签字确认，目前该案行政处罚告知书已送达当事人。截至目前，吴兴区已查处相应违法案件4起，查获“挖矿”设备132台，涉及金额350万元，可以腾出用能空间约330吨标准煤。
