美国上市公司中的比特币持仓量霸主微策略(Microstrategy)在6月13日曾发布公告称，计划再以私募方式发行2032年到期，价值5亿美元的可转换债券，并会将募集的资金用于购买比特币与公司营运。

On 13 June, Microstrategy, a company in the United States listed company, announced that it was planning to issue a further $500 million worth of convertable bonds due in 2032 in private and that the funds raised would be used to purchase bitcoins and operate with the company.

而就在昨(20)晚，微策略在最新披露的一份文件中表示，他们已在6月18日完成了此次可转债发行，获得7.86亿美元新资金，并已经全部以65,883美元的均价，再次购买了11,931枚比特币。

Just yesterday evening (20), in a recently disclosed document, the MicroTechnology stated that they had completed the debt-transferable issue on 18 June, obtained $786 million in new funds and purchased 11,931 bits at an average price of $65,883.

进一步推升微策略目前的比特币持仓上升至约22.64万枚，总价值约为147亿美元。最新统计下来，微策略的投资成本总计约83.3亿美元，目前浮盈超过64亿美元。

This further boosts the micro-strategy’s current Bitcoin holdings to approximately 226.4 million units, with a total value of approximately $14.7 billion. Recent statistics show that the investment cost of micro-strategy amounts to some $8.33 billion, with a current surplus of over $6.4 billion.
