新三板公司和创科技11月4日发布定向发行公告，此次发行的认购方包括著名创投机构红杉资本旗下公司深圳市红杉瀚辰股权投资合伙企业和北京启创科远股权投资基金合伙企业。红杉上一次出现在新三板公司定增对象名单上还是在2016年6月参与新片场定增的时候。除了红杉，金沙江、深创投、高瓴等知名创投以及阿里、腾讯等产业资本纷纷回归新三板，抢占定增赛道，提前布局北交所。

海底捞：年内将关停约300家流量较低及业绩不如预期的门店

Undersea fishing: about 300 low-flow and underperforming shops will be closed during the year

海底捞发布公告称，将于2021年12月31日前逐步关停300家左右经营未达预期门店，其中部分门店将暂时休整、择机重开，休整周期最长不超过两年。此次关停门店不裁员，将妥善安置涉及门店的员工及管理层。同时海底捞宣布开展“啄木鸟”计划，由海底捞执行董事兼副首席执行官杨利娟全权负责，持续关注经营业绩不佳门店，重建并强化部分职能部门，恢复大区管理体系，强化内部管理和考核机制，收缩业务扩张，期望进一步改善公司经营状况。
