Bitcoin’s supporters consider it to be the simplest, decentralized payment system in the world and an innovative product of electronic money; opponents consider it to be unsupervised by the government and a complete financial scam.

那么，中国对于比特币交易有何规定呢？2017年9月4日，国家发布《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》，因为“投机炒作盛行，扰乱经济金融秩序。”要求“各类代币发行融资活动应当立即停止”。至此，比特币在中国的交易终止。

So, what are China’s regulations on Bitcoin transactions? On 4 September 2017, the State issued a bulletin on protection against the risk of financing the issuance of money in currencies, because “speculation flourishes and disrupts the economic and financial order.” The demand was that “financing activities for the issuance of various forms of money in currencies should cease immediately.” So, Bitcoin’s transactions in China ended.
