主讲人介绍：卿苏德，博士，高级工程师，现就职于中国人民银行数字货币研究所。曾担任《国家信息化发展战略纲要》、《国家“十三五”信息化规划》核心编制团队成员。

The presenter of Dr. Sood, Senior Engineer, currently employed at the Digital Monetary Institute of the People's Bank of China. He was a member of the National Information Development Strategy Framework, State & ldquo; 13th & rdquo; and a core team for the development of the Information Development Plan.
