中国信通院发布《区块链白皮书（2022年）》
党的二十大报告提出，要“建设数字中国，加快发展数字经济，促进数字经济和实体经济深度融合，打造具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群”。区块链技术有助于促进数据共享、优化业务流程、降低运营成本、提升协同效率、建设可信体系，是支撑数字经济发展的战略性技术，对贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展具有重要作用。

2022年12月29日，由中国信息通信研究院（以下简称“中国信通院”）、中国通信标准化协会和中国互联网协会指导，可信区块链推进计划、中国互联网协会区块链技术应用工作委员会、中国通信标准化协会可信区块链标准推进委员会和大数据技术标准推进委员会联合主办的第六届可信区块链峰会开幕。会上，中国信通院云计算与大数据研究所所长何宝宏发布《区块链白皮书（2022年）》，并就白皮书内容进行了深入解读。

On 29 December 2022, the sixth credible block chain summit, co-sponsored by the China Institute of Information and Communications (hereinafter referred to as the China Institute of Information and Communications Technology), the China Association for the Standardization of Communications and the China Internet Association, was opened with a credible block chain propulsion programme, the China Internet Association Committee on the Application of Block Chain Technology, the China Association for the Standardization of Communications Committee for the Promotion of the Credible Block Chain Standards and the Large Data Technical Standards Committee. At the meeting, the Director of the China Institute for the Calculation of Clouds and Big Data published the White Paper on the Block Chain (2022) and provided an in-depth reading of the contents of the White Paper.

中国信通院从2018年起连续五年组织编写《区块链白皮书》。2022年的白皮书在之前版本基础上，梳理一年来国内外区块链技术、应用、产业发展新动态，阐述以区块链为核心的信任科技体系建设新进展，展望数字经济时代区块链技术应用和产业发展机遇。

For the fifth consecutive year since 2018, the China Institute of Information and Communications Technology has organized the preparation of the White Paper on Block Chains. On the basis of the previous version, the White Paper of 2022 collated new developments in block chain technology, applications, and industrial development in China and abroad over the past year.

白皮书核心观点
1. 区块链技术创新稳步推进，公有链与联盟链沿不同路径持续迭代升级。公有链面向下一代互联网（Web3.0）加快推动技术演进，以更开放、更高效和绿色化为目标，打造分布式互联网信任基础设施。联盟链聚焦业务场景需求持续创新，技术多向优化提升。开放联盟链技术理念深度融合联盟链与公有链能力优势，推动联盟链走向开放共享新阶段。
