2019年度中国网络诚信十大新闻之九：首个区块链智能合约司法应用上线新技术构筑网络诚信“智能防线”

　　近日，以“网聚诚信力量 共创信用中国”为主题的2019中国网络诚信大会举行，会上发布了“2019年度中国网络诚信十大新闻”的征集评选结果。

In recent days, the 2019 China Network Integrity Conference, which was held under the theme “Consolidation of Integrity Power for Credit in China”, published the results of a call for the 10th China Network Integrity News in 2019.

　　此次征集活动从2018年11月到2019年11月间的3800余条网络诚信方面的新闻中，评选出十条新闻，包含电子商务治理、专项整治行动、打击网络谣言等热点话题，涵盖从中央到地方、从宏观到微观等多个维度，总体反映了2019年度中国网络诚信建设的基本状况。

From November 2018 to November 2019, more than 3,800 web-based news stories were selected. Ten stories were selected, covering such topical topics as e-commerce governance, ad hoc remedial action, and anti-network rumours, covering several dimensions, from central to local, from macro to micro, which generally reflected the basic state of network-based integrity in China in 2019.

　　近年来，我国积极推动、引领新一代信息技术在网络诚信建设中的应用。2019年10月24日，杭州互联网法院举行首个区块链智能合约司法应用新闻发布会，正式上线区块链智能合约司法应用，旨在高效处理违约行为，推进诉源治理，再造网络空间诚信。

On 24 October 2019, the Hangzhou Internet Court held its first press conference on the judicial application of block-link smart contracts. The official online block-link smart-contracting application was designed to deal efficiently with non-compliance, promote the management of the source of complaints, and recreate the integrity of cyberspace.

　　目前，大数据、区块链、人工智能、云计算等信息技术广泛应用于信用监管、电子商务等领域，并通过技术创新不断丰富网络诚信建设应用场景，织密“智能防线”，筑牢诚信基石，有效提高了网络空间的治理效率，有力推动了网络诚信的体系建设，让诚信逐步成为行走在网络空间里的通行证。

At present, information technologies such as big data, block chains, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, etc. are widely used in areas such as credit regulation, e-commerce, and, through technological innovation, continue to enrich the web-based integrity landscape, weave “intellectual defence lines”, build the foundations of integrity, effectively improve the efficiency of governance in cyberspace and contribute significantly to the development of a system of network integrity, allowing integrity to gradually become a pass in cyberspace.
