高达40%返佣 币圈交易所顶风拉新

　　继多方监管加码打击、搜索社交平台齐齐封杀、银行支付机构频出禁令后，如今在国内四面楚歌的交易所们开始“自救”。近两日，北京商报记者注意到，目前包括OKEx、币安等平台纷纷推出各类活动拉新促活，其中既包括高达40%返佣的拉新计划，也不乏10万美元、25万美元不等的交易赛“诱惑”，甚至有交易所推出体验金鼓励“小白”交易合约。在业内看来，不论目前还是未来，监管对虚拟货币交易将持续保持高压打击，一场场逆风而行的拉新背后，面临的合规风险、法律风险值得警惕。

　　近期，自国务院金融稳定发展委员会提出打击比特币挖矿和交易后，各地监管也纷纷跟进发布风险提示，防范以“区块链”名义进行非法集资。此外，多家银行也被监管约谈不得为虚拟货币交易炒作提供服务，甚至多个社交和搜索平台也对币圈交易所集体封杀。
