亚洲首批比特币现货ETF和以太币现货ETF来了！

Asia's first bitcoin spot ETF and Ether spot ETF!

4月24日，博时国际、华夏基金（香港）、嘉实国际宣布，其申请的首批香港比特币现货ETF、以太坊现货ETF产品均已获得香港证监会批准。

On 24 April, the Boding International, the summer fund (Hong Kong) and Kaji International announced that their applications for the first spot ETF for Hong Kong bitcoin and the Etheria spot ETF products had been approved by the Hong Kong Censorship Board.

上述产品拟定于4月29日发行， 4月30日在香港交易所上市。记者了解到，香港即将发行的两类虚拟资产现货ETF同时允许现金（in-cash）或实物（in-kind）两种方式进行申赎。成功发行后，这将成为亚洲第一批比特币现货ETF及以太币现货ETF。

These products are scheduled to be released on 29 April, and are available on the Hong Kong Exchange on 30 April. Journalists learn that the two types of virtual assets to be released in Hong Kong are now allowed to be redeemed in cash (in-cash) or in-kind (in-kind).

这一“批”，或推动比特币继续上涨

This batch, or push bitcoin to keep going up.

Along with such fundamentals as halving bitcoin, the future potential of this virtual asset spot ETF in Hong Kong deserves to be seen.

Bitcoin is often seen as “digital gold” and is the basic platform for smart contracts and decentralized applications, and is at the heart of block-chain technology. This direct use of bitcoin or tautco for requisitioning and foreclosure not only provides investors with greater trade flexibility, but also offers global investors the possibility of exploring new ways to invest in digital assets, which market analysts generally believe can attract more investors.

获批上市的虚拟资产现货ETF必须在香港持牌虚拟资产交易所进行交易。目前，香港共有两家持牌交易所，分别为OSL Exchange和HashKey Exchange。

There are currently two licensed exchanges in Hong Kong, OSL Exchange and HashKey Exchange.

今年1月，美国证监会曾一次性批准了11只比特币现货ETF。这批比特币现货ETF曾带动资金大量流入，并推高了比特币价格。不过，当前比特币价格较3月中旬历史高点73798美元已经下跌接近10%，比特币现货ETF也开始出现资金净流入减缓。

In January this year, the US SEC approved 11 Bitcoin spot ETFs on a one-time basis. The Bitcoin spot ETFs had triggered a massive inflow of funds and pushed bitcoin prices up. However, the current price of Bitcoins, which is about US$ 73798, has fallen by nearly 10% over its historical high of mid-March, and Bitcoin spot ETFs have begun to experience a slowdown in net inflows.

不过，渣打银行数字资产研究主管杰夫肯德里克在近日接受媒体采访时重申，他对比特币今年底的价格目标为15万美元，这意味着比特币到今年年底还将在今年3月的历史新高基础上再涨一倍以上。

However, Jeff Kendrick, head of digital asset research at the Chartered Bank, in a recent media interview, reiterated that his price target for Bitcoin at the end of the year was $150,000, which meant that Bitcoin would more than double by the end of the year the historic height of March this year.

首批三只香港比特币ETF、以太币ETF费率出炉

The first three are Hong Kong bitcoin ETFs.

回看上周，4月15日，华夏基金、嘉实基金、博时基金三家头部公募旗下香港子公司获香港证监会原则上批准，发行虚拟资产现货ETF产品。距离去年12月香港证监会明确表示准备接受虚拟资产现货ETF的认可申请仅4个月时间。

Looking back last week, on April 15, the Hong Kong subsidiary, under the banner of the summer fund, the Kaguya fund, and the Bo hours fund, was approved in principle by the Hong Kong Censorship Board to issue a virtual assets spot ETF product. Only four months before the Censorship Board of Hong Kong stated that it was prepared to accept a request for approval of the virtual assets spot ETF.

随着首批三只香港比特币ETF、以太币ETF费率出炉，这个费率平均低于预期，业内认为是个好兆头。 其中，嘉实国际旗下产品收取0.3%管理费率，持有6个月内减免管理费；博时基金（国际）旗下产品收取0.6%管理费，发行后4个月内减免管理费；华夏基金（香港）旗下产品则收取0.99%管理费。

With the first three Hong Kong bitcoin ETFs, which were released at the TTEF rate, on average, below expectations, the rate is considered to be a good omen. Of this, a management rate of 0.3% is charged for products under the international flag, and a management fee is held for six months; a management fee of 0.6% is charged for products under the Bo time fund (international) and a management fee is waived within four months of issuance; and a management fee of 0.99% is charged for products under the national flag of the Washington Foundation (Hong Kong).

众多投资者都在关心如何投？

Many investors are concerned about how to vote.

4月中旬的时候，欧科云链研究院曾有相关预判。香港证监会在2024年的展望中提出通过“互换通”、“港币－人民币双柜模式”以及双柜台庄家机制来巩固香港作为全球领先离岸人民币中心的地位，考虑到目前大陆对虚拟资产交易的态度，经过与上海和香港的相关金融市场以及Web3业内人士沟通后，欧科云链研究院得出结论：短期内香港比特币和以太坊现货ETF获批向大陆投资者开放的可能性极低。

In mid-April, the Oco-Yun chain institute had a relevant judgement. In its 2024 vision, the Hong Kong Censorship Council proposed the consolidation of Hong Kong as a global leading offshore renminbi centre through “exchange-for-communication” and “Hong Kong-Kinbi” and the double counter mechanism. Given the current continental attitude to virtual asset trading, the Eco-Yun chain institute, after communicating with relevant financial markets in Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as with Web3 practitioners, concluded that the short-term opening of Hong Kong's Bitcoin and ETA spot ETF to continental investors was extremely unlikely.

比特币现货和以太币现货ETF是一种开放式基金产品，依托的是比特币和以太币这类高风险的虚拟资产，本质上也是高风险投资品种，所以需要投资者高度重视风险管理。

Bitcoin and ETA spot ETF are open-fund products based on high-risk virtual assets such as Bitcoin and Etaco, which are essentially high-risk investment varieties and therefore require investors to give high priority to risk management.

胜利证券成首批比特币、以太币现货ETF中，唯一接受实货申购之参与证券商

The winning securities were the only participating securities in the first bitcoin, the ETA spot ETF that accepted the actual requisition.

记者注意到，胜利证券在其网站发文宣布，胜利证券期货作为该批ETF少数参与证券商之中，唯一一家提供实物申购（比特币及以太币）之参与证券商。除现金申购外，客户可透过实货存入胜利证券钱包进行申购。

In addition to cash requisitions, customers can do so by depositing them in winning securities wallets.

4月中旬，胜利证券宣布推出首个香港买股买币APP同时宣布月底将支持以虚拟资产实货进行提存，成为全港唯一一家现货虚拟资产交割券商。

In mid-April, the winning securities announced the launch of the first Hong Kong share purchase of currency APP and announced that the end of the month would support the deposit of virtual assets, becoming the only real-asset dealer in Hong Kong.

胜利证券预期，随著香港虚拟资产现货ETF上市，虚拟资产与传统金融将无缝接轨，亚太区的传统金融散户及机构资金将会透过比特币、以太币现货ETF流入虚拟资产市场，香港很大机会可成为世界第二大的虚拟资产ETF的市场，甚或有机会成为世界第二大的ETF市场。

Victory securities expect that, with Hong Kong's virtual assets on the market, virtual assets will be seamlessly linked to traditional finance, that Asia-Pacific traditional financial bulkers and institutional funds will flow into the virtual asset market through Bitcoin and TTEF, and that Hong Kong will have a great opportunity to become the world's second largest virtual asset, ETF, or even the world's second largest ETF market.
