根据趋势线来看，5日线、10日线和60日线依旧保持下降趋势，5日线在本周上穿10日线失败，60日均线有下穿30日均线趋势，可以看出趋势线不论是短期还是长期均有下跌趋势，但目前处于行情的一个转折点，随时可能上涨或者下跌。从成交量来看，在下跌的三天中成交量迅速上升，甚至有两日达到900000以上，其他交易日则基本保持在200000-300000的水平。从图形来看，4条均线在最近几周越来越趋于重合，意味着横盘的行情一直持续，上涨和下跌的幅度都很有限，因此，综合图形、趋势线、价格和成交量来看，比特币价格近期或将一直保持在比较稳定的区间，一旦发生较大的上涨或下跌，都将引起投资者的迅速买入或卖出。而巨大的利好或利空消息则会控制投资者的决策，成为横盘行情结束的标志，短期内比特币或将有一波下跌的行情。

• A federal judge in the state of New York ruled that Bitcoin constituted a monetary form. The ruling concerned Coin.mx (now closed) on a bitcoin exchange in Florida and its former operator, Anthony Murgio, who was charged with several money-laundering charges last July. Murgio appealed recently and applied for the withdrawal of two of the charges because, according to United States law, Bitcoin did not belong to & ldquo; & funds & rdquo; according to Reuters, Alison & Bull of the Southern Court of New York; and Justice Alison Nathan rejected his appeal and wrote that, according to his use, Bitco was indeed within the currency category.
