第四届中国区块链开发大赛成果发布会隆重揭幕

      为进一步培育区块链应用解决方案，推动我国区块链技术和产业创新发展，“区块链技术和应用峰会暨第四届中国区块链开发大赛成果发布会”于2020年7月31日在浙江省杭州国际博览中心隆重举行。本次大会由中国电子技术标准化研究院和浙江省杭州市萧山区人民政府主办，中国区块链技术和产业发展论坛、钱江世纪城管委会、杭州日报报业集团（华媒控股）承办。中国电子技术标准化研究院院长赵波、工业和信息化部信息技术发展司调研员李琰、萧山区委常委、副区长陈文良，中国互联网投资基金管理有限公司董事总经理汪存富、人民网创业投资有限公司总经理段欣毅等领导，中国万向控股有限公司副董事长兼执行董事肖风、中金资本联席总裁单俊葆、海通开元总裁汪异明、文鳐集团投资人苏平、文鳐科技董事长仲凯韬等区块链领域的专家出席会议，来自政府、企业、投资机构、新闻媒体近300名代表参加了本次大会。

     杭州市萧山区人民政府陈文良副区长在致辞中表示，中国区块链开发大赛已在萧山连续成功举办四届，取得了良好效应，希望借此次大赛，邀请更多区块链的开发者、应用者到落户萧山，萧山区将采取更多措施进一步推动区块链等新兴产业发展。

& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Chen Wen Liang, Vice-President of the People's Government of the Xiaoshan Mountains, Hangzhou City, in his address, stated that the successful four consecutive competitions for the development of the Chinese block chain in Xiaoshan had had a positive effect, and it was hoped that the competition would bring more developers and applicators of the block chain to Xiaoshan, where more measures would be taken to further the development of new industries such as the block chain.

     工信部信发司调研员李琰在讲话中表示，区块链具有数据公开透明、不易篡改、易追溯等特点受到广泛的关注。随着各方对区块链技术认识的逐步统一，国内越来越多产业力量开始参与到区块链技术应用探索中来，推动区块链创新步伐不断加快。后续将继续加大支持力度，围绕着技术、产业、应用、标准等关键环节，积极采取有效措施，营造好良好的发展环境，推进产业健康发展。

& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Li Xing, Researcher, Division of Information and Communications Technology, stated in his speech that the block chain has been given wide attention as it is characterized by open and transparent data, is not subject to tampering, and is retraceable. With the gradual convergence of technical knowledge of the block chain, a growing number of industrial forces in the country are beginning to become involved in the technological exploration of the block chain, promoting the acceleration of innovation in the block chain.

     中国电子技术标准化研究院赵波院长表示，经过几年的探索和发展，区块链技术落地能力正在不断提升，已在司法存证、产品溯源、供应链金融等多个领域发挥重要作用。如何进一步加强区块链与大数据、物联网、5G等新一代信息技术的融合，深入挖掘和拓展应用场景，推进应用创新更好地服务经济社会发展，成为区块链技术和产业发展面临的新要求。在此背景下，本次区块链开发大赛的举办，对于聚焦产业发展方向，跟踪技术发展趋势，把握发展需求，推动新型基础设施建设和数据要素市场化，加快制定完善区块链领域各项标准，大力推进区块链应用创新，进一步充实区块链技术应用价值具有重要意义。

& nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; President Zhao Bo, China Institute for Standardization of Electronic Technology, stated that, after several years of exploration and development, the technological landing capacity of block chains is increasing and has played an important role in a number of areas, including judicial documentation, product traceability, supply chain finance. How to further strengthen the integration of block chains with new generations of information technologies such as big data, physical networking, and 5G information technology, and to deepen and expand the exploration and application of innovation to better serve economic and social development as new requirements for the technological and industrial development of block chains. In this context, it is important to focus on industrial development, track technological trends, capture development needs, promote the development of new infrastructure and marketization of data elements, accelerate the development of standards in the area of block chains, enhance innovation in the application of block chains, and enhance the value of technology applications to block chains.

     特邀嘉宾万向肖风董事长发表了题为“区块链应用落地的三个阶段”的演讲。肖博士在此次演讲中从历史发展的高度详细梳理了区块链应用落地三阶段的特征，并着重分析了区块链应用落地3.0阶段的实现路径和潜在影响，带领大家预见基于区块链技术的分布式经济未来。

     本次会议期间，中金资本和文鳐科技举行了中国区块链数字产业基金启动仪式，旨在打造区块链专项基金，推动区块链技术创新和应用探索。

     本次大赛的举办和峰会的召开，为业界同仁提供了沟通交流合作的契机，有助于共同协手将我国区块链技术和产业创新发展的良好局面推向更高的水平。

     第四届中国区块链开发大赛以“标准引领，开源创新”为主题，142支参赛团队经过初评、复评两轮选拔，有20支团队进入路演环节。最终，经过专家组的综合评审，共有10个参赛团队脱颖而出，获得了本次大会的最终奖项。
