“大家好,我是何一。从 2014 年春节后加入币安,到现在已经快十年了。这十年以来,最让我感慨的是币安社区的成长。
昨天晚上,我在微信上看到一个小朋友。两三年前,他还在上大学的时候就曾微信告诉我,“刚大学毕业很迷茫,不知道做什么。”
我向他建议,可以去做币安的返佣。
昨天,他问我是否可以在 Twitter 上关注他,他告诉我他正在做返佣。我看了一下他的收入,也就赚了 200 万人民币。但对于一个刚毕业的大学生来说,这已经非常不错了。
我也非常荣幸我们的社区有这么多新生力量、加密 OG 跟我们一起去共同建设这个行业。我相信这个行业的未来走向哪里,不是由少数人画出来的愿景决定的。行业的未来走向哪里,是我们行业的从业者共同去把那条路走出来的。
管理层为何选择 Richard 作为新任 CEO?
Richard:我的经历主要在传统金融和监管方面,我的职场经历大约有 30 年。
2017 年,我开始接触加密货币行业。当时我在阿布扎比担任 CEO,我坚信加密货币行业是未来的大趋势,对整个金融领域会有很大影响。我在阿布扎比工作时,我们是全球最早开始监管加密货币的监管者之一。所以在那个时间点,我对加密货币已经有了非常深的了解,可能正是我在职场经验丰富,加上对加密货币行业的了解,得到了大家的支持。
但我想强调,币安团队的强大,不仅仅是我的功劳。我们有非常强大的核心管理团队,包括何一等核心成员,还有其他创始人,以及对币安做出巨大贡献的合作伙伴。过去两年,我们做了很多投资,雇用了许多专业人才。所以我们的团队在Web3领域和专业人才方面非常强大。
何一:我们这个行业其实只关注两件事情:一个是产品,另一个是服务。我一直致力于为用户提供最佳服务。
但随着行业的发展,我们也需要专业人士,他们能够用与监管机构相同的语言交流。所以我认为,在监管方面走得更稳、更顺,对我们这些头部交易所来说是一个不得不面对的挑战。
另外一点,我觉得从我个人角度来说,这几年我花了很多时间研究怎样让一个公司能够基业长青、组织如何更高效运转。我认为最重要的一点是分工明确,目标明确。就像 Elon Musk 在他的新书中提到的熵的概念,其实就是组织中的不确定性。怎样减少不确定性呢?就是在团队中不要有角色不清的人。对于币安来说,最好的分工是我负责服务用户,而 Richard 更适合担任 CEO。
币安开盘价格过高?
何一:坦白来说,在每个方面我们都还有提升的空间。具体来说,我们在产品研发方面有专门的团队负责迭代,比如大家经常提到的Web3钱包的问题。我们之前对于某些领域的投入确实不够,但我们会根据用户需求持续优化和改进。
对我来说,重要的是关注用户的需求和抱怨,并持续改进。无论是对币安的抱怨,还是关于某些项目的问题,比如说有些项目的二级市场价格过高,我们也意识到这是一个问题,并正在积极寻找解决方案。希望大家保持关注,我们会努力不负众望。
钱包支持铭文?
何一:尽管币安这些年发展顺利,但其实我们一直在迎难而上。2018 年,币安还没有合约和P2P交易功能,而竞争对手已经拥有这些功能。现在,我们的合约交易已成为市场最大的之一,P2P市场也已建立起来。所以,虽然我们起步晚,但我们希望能够抓住时。
何一:Web3钱包应为用户提供一个除交易所之外的、易于上手的场景。我们的同行,他们铭文进行得热火朝天,之前的撸毛活动也是如此。但我不认为币安需要完全复制这种模式,我们不仅需要看现在,还要展望未来。
我们真正关注的是,这个行业是否有正经的项目能够建立起伟大的商业模型,或者真正为世界带来改变?
我认为铭文的好处之一是反 VC,即公平 Mint。但公平 Mint 之后,全球有这么多铭文在进行大规模 Mint,每一个都需要人来接盘。但并不是所有铭文都有人接盘。目前的状态还是有些模糊,下一步能否走向比特币生态系统还未可知,我们还在观察和学习中。
行业总有新事物出现,但不好的一点是总有很多不确定性。从钱包的角度来看,Trust Wallet 在国际上用户规模、日活跃用户方面仍然是最大的。但无论是在撸毛还是铭文,币安还未做好用户体验和场景的优化。未来我们将进一步迭代,在钱包领域弥补上 CEX 所缺失的。我不确定我对钱包的理解是否与大家相同,但至少我知道目前我们的钱包在用户体验方面还不够好,没有支持有效的撸毛和铭文操作。但我相信未来这些问题会被逐一解决。
何一:关于将优先支持哪些链的问题,我们的大原则是尽可能支持有足够多用户使用的链。从本质上讲,交易平台不应偏袒任何一条链。
监管罚款是否危及币安财务状况?
Richard:我们的业务基础是非常坚固,我们的财务状况非常健康。我们的资本结构是没有负债的,并且在开支方面非常适中。尽管我们的交易手续费很低,但收入和盈利方面都还是非常强劲的。给付监管罚款并不是问题,用户可以尽量放心,用户资产永远是以一对一的比例受到支持和保护的。用户可以随时从我们的平台上提取资产。
我想强调的是,美国监管机构在对我们的运作进行了非常详细的调查之后,在用户资金方面没有做出任何指控或者发现任何异常。这是非常重要的。在跟美国和解之后,其实用户对我们的信心是继续增加的。前几天可能有一些资金流出的现象,但现在资金在非常大力的回流到币安。
何一:币圈所有的业务是否健康、资金是否安全,其实都是 100 以内的加减法和乘除法。可以计算现货的交易量、合约交易量,然后再计算一下手续费是多少。币安在开支上面,除了人力成本、服务器成本,一直以来没有什么大额开支。执法部门如果要罚款,他也不可能罚一笔根本交不起的钱,对不对?
平台是否会和用户对赌?
何一:作为一个交易平台,最重要的就是不要去参与交易。
平台和 Trader 做对手盘,一时可以赚更多的钱,但这种收益并不持久。因为没有任何人可以控制这个市场,这个市场永远是变幻莫测的。我们其实已经从 FTX 身上看到了前车之鉴。
币安已经在这个行业沉浮了十年,是不可能跑去跟用户做对手盘的。当你的用户足够多的时候,收服务费就够了,没必要去冒额外的风险,这也是我们的运营逻辑。
如何解读对美和解?
Richard:在与美国监管机构达成和解之后,对我们来说是一个非常有利的发展。在早期,我们一直将用户置于首要位置,在合规方面可能存在一些不足之处。对于之前的这些失误,我们也承担了责任。
这种大规模的罚款并不仅仅发生在我们身上,这些错误也不仅仅发生在我们身上。只要你查看全球十大金融公司,你会发现很多金融机构都受到了巨额罚款,高达 900 亿美元,甚至高达 400 亿美元。
从合规的角度来看,我过去两三周一直在与众多的机构投资者、用户、VIP 客户、合作伙伴以及潜在合作伙伴进行沟通。事实上,大家对我们的和解持非常积极的态度。在过去的一年中,有些合作伙伴可能持保守态度,但现在很多人都非常积极地与我们合作。

何一:币安遭受罚款一事,让我们也享受了一次美国顶级金融结构的待遇。
一提到合规,大多数人都会感到担忧。但实际上,我们需要对与美国的和解进行全面分析。
和解后我们不能接受美国用户。但事实上,两年前我们已经将美国用户清除出币安的平台。如果大家发现有美国用户仍在我们平台上交易,请立即通知我们,我们欢迎举报。
我认为这是整个行业不可避免的发展方向,而且这不仅仅发生在币安身上,其他规模较大并希望与监管机构达成一致的交易平台也在经历这个过程。也就是说,只有币安选择合规路线,而其他人都选择不合规,那才会比较困难。目前来看,整个行业似乎大家都在一起面对困难,但总体来说,行业规模不断扩大,市场也在不断壮大,朝着积极的方向发展。
最后一点,我认为收入并不是唯一的追求。这可能听起来有点不真实,但对我、对 CZ 来说,甚至对币安来说,收入绝不是唯一的追求。我们真正追求的是,能够与大家一起,推动区块链革命,改变生产力和生产关系,创造一个崭新的世界。单纯追求收入,我认为这是短视的,我们坚持长期主义,这将使我们变得更加强大。
美国派驻币安的“合规官员”如何运作?
Richard:我澄清一下,所谓的“合规官员”并非美国政府员工,而是一个非常独立的监管者。他类似于会计师,主要关注反洗钱合规方面的工作。这位独立监管者可以帮助向大家解释我们在合规和反洗钱方面的承诺。
何一:我要纠正一点,不是政府派遣合规官员成为币安的员工。实际上,在和解条件中写明,我们需要雇佣一个独立的第三方律师或咨询公司。他们的任务是监督我们是否按照之前达成的协议履行承诺。比如,是否已清除美国用户、反洗钱措施是否得当。这并不意味着他们接管了币安的运营。这是一些在信息传播中可能会被误解的内容。
Binance Labs 下一步将如何投资?

同时我们必须意识到,随着整个行业的规模不断扩大,可能会面临天花板。加密货币会被与黄金、股票等各种资产相比较。在这种情况下,增长速度可能不再那么快。但我仍然相信市场周期会持续存在。我比较看好明年或后年会出现下一个高点。
