香港拟允许虚拟资产ETF上市 成亚洲首例

香港证监会宣布，已准备好接受虚拟资产现货ETF等基金的认可申请，让香港有望成为亚洲首个接受比特币、以太币等虚拟资产现货ETF上市的市场。
综合香港中通社和大公网报道，香港证监会星期五（12月22日）向业界发出通函宣布上述消息。但通函提醒，虽然虚拟资产在世界部分地区越来越普及，但全球各地的监管情况依然不一，因此虚拟资产现货仍存在定价欠缺透明度、潜在的市场操纵等问题。
通函说，由于零售投资者可能普遍不理解上述风险，因此虚拟资产产品“相当可能被视为复杂产品”。通函也强调，香港证监会认可的虚拟资产现货基金，必须在香港证监会发牌的虚拟资产交易平台买卖虚拟资产现货。
香港交易所欢迎证监会的宣布。港交所证券产品发展主管罗博仁说，证监会的宣布意味着香港将成为亚洲首个允许虚拟资产现货ETF上市的市场，加强香港作为区域内领先数码资产中心的地位，并支持香港作为亚洲首选ETF市场的持续发展。

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange welcomed the announcement of the CSRC, and Luo Boren, director of securities product development of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, said that the announcement of the CSRC meant that Hong Kong would become the first place in Asia to allow virtual assets.
