BlockBeats 消息，6 月 20 日，据《新京报》报道，近日，该报记者从北京市朝阳区人民法院获悉一起强制执行数字人民币账户案件。韩某做生意向程女士借款共计 200 万元，投资失利导致无法按期偿还，程女士向朝阳法院申请强制执行，执行法官发现韩某做生意时开设过数字人民币账户且尚有余额，安排程女士在法院开设数字人民币账户并接受韩某转账。剩余债款双方达成执行和解协议，韩某千余件文玩工艺品拍卖款亦用于偿还债务。新京报记者了解到，这是朝阳法院首次强制执行数字人民币账户。 据悉，2013 年至 2016 年，程女士向韩某 4 次出借款项共计 200 万元。韩某未如期还款，程女士将韩某诉至法院，经调解，双方和解结案。韩某未如约履行还款义务，程女士将韩某诉至法院要求强制执行。案件受理后，法院依法向韩某发送执行通知书、财产报告令，依法查封韩某所有的上千件文玩工艺品。 执行法官张帆在和韩某沟通中了解到，韩某开立有数字人民币账户，目前账户内尚有余额。由于数字人民币目前无法直接查询、扣划，故执行法官约双方当事人到法院，程女士当场开立数字人民币账户，韩某将账户余额 2000 元转账到程女士数字人民币账户。在案查封韩某的文玩工艺品也将通过司法拍卖陆续拍出，用于偿还程女士。
