Bianews在多家招聘网站看到,区块链编辑平均月薪大概在8K-15K左右,最高30K,但普遍最高月薪是15K。

钱是小事儿,让夏洛最发愁的是招进的人写东西很差。

1、您是如何选择做区块链媒体的,或加入这个创业团队的?

1. How do you choose to be part of the block chain media or join this business team?

夏洛:在春节的时候,看到3点钟群那些人的发言,那之前对区块链有一定了解,跟其他人一样觉得区块链不靠谱,后来发现这些人对区块链很坚持和认可。

2、您觉得区块链媒体和之前咱们的互联网媒体有什么区别?比如行业氛围上、报道内容上等等

夏洛:我是传统科技纸媒出身的,做了好几年才去转网媒,当时迟迟不肯转网媒就是觉得网媒太浮躁了、写得东西太浅了、太没有营养了。

Shalo: I'm a traditional technology paper-based guy, and I've been working for years before I went to the Internet, and the delay in doing so was a feeling that the Internet was too restless, too shallow and too nutritional.

可想而知,当我从网媒出来到区块链媒体的时候,我这种感觉肯定是强烈太多了,这种浮躁啊,尤其是年前的时候所有的区块链媒体都是纯软文,特别赚钱,因为项目方找不到媒体太难了,这些媒体太赚钱,根本不去管什么好文章。

As you can imagine, when I came out of the Internet to the block media, it must have been too strong for me to feel that vexed, especially when, a year ago, all the block media were pure soft, especially for making money, because it was too hard for the project to find the media, which were too profitable to do anything good.

行业氛围上肯定都是兴奋的、浮躁的,报道内容上明显年前就是项目的、币的软文;年后随着媒体暴增,想做深度好内容的媒体多了,这是一个很好的现象。

The industry is certainly excited and restless, and the content of the article is clearly the soft language of the project and the currency; it is a good sign that, with the proliferation of media later on, there are more media that want to do good in depth.

但是距离我们传统媒体还是有差距的,但整体在向好。

3、贵媒体做了多久,现在团队多少人、怎么分工?

3. How long has your media been working, how many people are in the team and how do you divide it?

夏洛:我们做得时间不长,正式成立到现在也就3个多月,团队不到20个人。分工的话一个媒体里该有的角色都有了,但是每一个小分工里还缺人,尤其是内容还缺人。

Charlotte: We haven't done much, and we've been officially in place for more than three months now, with fewer than 20 people. There's a role in a media division, but there's a shortage of people in every small division of labour, especially in terms of content.

4、介绍下融资情况

4. Introduction to financing

夏洛:我们现在是有融资的,只是还没有公开。

Shalo: We have financing now, but not yet publicly.

5、投资人有什么预期吗,投资人对区块链媒体怎么看,非常看好吗?

5. Does the investor have any expectations? How does the investor feel about the block chain media?

夏洛:投资人对我们没有明确的预期,他们投我们除了对区块链媒体有自己的理解外,更多可能是看好我跟我合伙人吧。

Charlotte: Investors don't have clear expectations for us, and they vote for us to have more than our own understanding of the block chain media than to take care of me and my partners.

6、贵媒体社群运营的不错,您觉得社群对一个媒体有多重要?必须有社群吗?

6. Your media community works well. How important do you think it is for a media? Do you have to have a community?

夏洛:区块链在各个业态中,社群是很重要的,说实话,做区块链媒体一定是有些情怀在的,希望看到跟多人关注、认识、加入区块链,推动整个行业健康发展,而社群对媒体来说,是一个非常好的聚拢这些人群的渠道。

Shalo: Communities are important in all trades. To be honest, there must be something in the media to be interested in doing so. They want to see attention, awareness and inclusion in the chain of blocks and to promote healthy development of the entire industry, and the community is a very good channel for the media to bring these people together.

7、运营社群的难点在哪里?需要哪些条件?

7. What are the challenges of operating the community? What are the conditions?

夏洛:一开始我们要有一个规模在,然后还是要洗用户的。比如说一开始不活跃的,我们肯定该更新的要更新。

Shalo: We're going to have a size at first, and then we're going to wash the user. For example, we're not active at first, and we're sure we should update it.

社群运营说实话没有我之前建的好,那个群是固定请人去讲内容,所有人都非常感兴趣、非常活跃,所有人都在贡献自己的价值。

Community operations are not as good as I built them as they were. The groups are regular invitees, everyone is very interested and very active, and everyone is contributing their own values.

现在的社群也希望向之前去靠拢。但是现在这个圈子的人没有那么熟,人的层级各个方面太不整齐了,以前互联网相对职业素养高、更精英一些,但是现在有点把握不准。

The community now also wants to get closer. But it's not as familiar as it is, it's got too many hierarchies, and the Internet used to be relatively professional and elite, but it's a little uncertain.

8、我了解到贵媒体正在招人,那编辑团队缺口有多大?需要多少人?

8: I understand that your media is recruiting. What's the gap in the editorial team? How many people do you need?

夏洛:我们对于编辑团队还没有明确说多少个人,现在招到的人,面试时、看作品时不错,但真正工作之后还是有差距的,所以还是不断淘汰的人,现在问题是太多招来的人也不好用。

Charlotte: We haven't told the editorial team exactly how many people we've recruited, who are now, who are good at interviews and at work, but who still have a gap after work, so we're losing people, and the problem is that too many people are hard to use.

9、招人的基本要求是什么?有炒币经验和媒体经验,你看中哪个?贵媒体提供的福利条件是什么?

9. What are the basic requirements for recruitment? What do you see in the experience of currency and media? What are the benefits offered by your media?

夏洛:招人基本要求是人必须是机灵的,踏踏实实愿意做好内容的,撰稿要上道,未必文笔有多好,写得多牛,起码基本的规范是要有的;对区块链和炒币未必是多懂,但要有强烈的兴趣去了解。

Charlotte: The basic requirement is that people must be smart, that they are ready to do what they want to do, that they must write, not necessarily as good as pens, that they write a lot better, and that there are at least some basic norms; that there is not necessarily much to understand about block chains and coins, but that there is a strong interest in understanding them.

内容做得好,炒币区块链又都懂,去哪找啊,你说他愿意踏踏实实做内容吗?

It's a good story, you know the chain. Where to find it? Do you think he'd like to do it on his own?

10、通过哪些渠道招人?各渠道发来的简历有各自特点吗?

10. What are the channels through which people are recruited? Does the curricula vitae from the various channels have their own characteristics?

夏洛:别人介绍,和招聘平台都有。

夏洛:熟人介绍的相对更对口一些,从平台上需要去筛选。

12、现在招人遇到什么具体困难了?

夏洛:具体困难的话,一个是我对稿件规范的要求挺高,现在很多孩子不太有这方面的意识,而规范达到要求的对炒币区块链未必懂,还有抵触、不太感兴趣。

Charlotte: If it is difficult, one is that I have a high standard of writing, and many children are less aware of it, and that regulation meets the requirement that the bond chain is not necessarily understood, and that there is resistance and less interest in it.

13、面试的人的年龄层? 他们的要求薪水多高?要求的条件多高?

夏洛:什么年龄段都有,应届生、有经验的都有,要求方面,一毕业就想踏踏实实找工作的,给他6000左右就不错,他们会很开心,而且他们之前没遇到像我这样,做领导的会耐心教他们。

14、您不满意面试的人或新人哪些方面?

夏洛:新人到现在为止不满意的是逻辑方面、写稿规范方面的问题,这个跟懂不懂区块链没关系。最讨厌的是新人来1到3个月了,写得不好,说是因为对区块链不了解,我就特别生气。哪有对一个选题做一个月还不懂的。

Shaloe: So far, the newcomer is not satisfied with the logical and the normative aspects of writing, which have nothing to do with understanding the block chain. The most annoying thing is that the newcomer has been here for a month or three months, and it's not good because I don't know the block chain, and I'm particularly angry.

15、您说过当初面试的人看着拿来的作品不错,但是实际操作写的很差,为什么?这些新人之前在什么媒体?

15, you said that the people interviewed looked good at the work, but it was bad at writing. Why were the new people in the media before?

夏洛:我猜可能有几个原因,一个是面试的时候稍微有点着急,大概看还行,可能仔细看也不怎么好,这是我的问题,把关上没有严;

Charlotte: I guess there's a couple of reasons, one being a little hasty during the interview, maybe it's okay, maybe it's not good enough to look closely. That's my problem, it's not tight.

另一方面可能是我要求确实比较高,之前他们领导觉得没啥大问题,但到我这每一个句、每一个词都挑毛病,我给他一解释后,他觉得确实有问题。其实我也很想放过去,但起码要有好的阅读体验,让人能看下去,逻辑关系不别扭。

On the other hand, it may be that I asked for it to be higher, and their leaders didn't think it was a big problem before, but when I gave him an explanation of every sentence and every word, he thought it was a problem. I wanted to put it in, but at least I had a good reading experience, so that people could see it, and the logic was all right.

16、这些新人写快讯咋样?写得差的是深度文章?具体差在哪里?

16, how are these newcomers doing? What's the depth of the article? What's the difference?

夏洛:可能有的人采访稿不怎么样,但是写深度、热点分析不错;有的人采访个项目方可以,但是热点分析就分析不到点子上,确实每个人都不同。

Charlotte: There may be people whose interviews are not very good, but who write in depth and have a good hotspot analysis; some people who interview project parties can, but the hotspot analysis does not analyse the ideas; indeed, everyone is different.

17、还有哪些招人的坑给大家提醒?

夏洛:招人的坑,我觉得还是不要着急, 好好看吧。

CHARLO: I don't think it's urgent. Take a good look.

夏洛:以后招人,哎,只能继续耐下心来继续招吧。

19、您觉得现在区块链媒体的环境和竞争、市场前途如何?

How do you feel about the environment and competition in the chain media and the future of the market?

夏洛:区块链媒体现在,很多媒体都认真想做好,不管现在做得好不好,但都想做好,只要好好做事,我相信总会有收获的。

Charlotte: Now, many media outlets are serious about doing good, whether they're doing good or not, but they want to do good, and I'm sure there's always something to gain if they do good.

比如说我做媒体到现在,就是为了满足求知欲,这是我最大的动力,其他的就一步步做好就行了。

20、说出您心中做得不错的三个区块链媒体。

夏洛:很难挑出明显的三家,只能说各有所长吧。

一、80后、70后、60后涌入,各有所长,各有所短。

怎么解释?不同于我们常说的"这属于90后的天下",不少区块链媒体都能收到80后、70后,甚至60后的简历。大专、本科、研究生都来应聘区块链编辑。

How do you explain? Unlike what we used to say, "This is the world after 90," a lot of block-chain media get their resumes after 80, after 70, or even after 60. Colleges, undergraduates, graduate students all come to apply for block-chain editors.

这些80前的应聘者几乎都是从传统行业或传统媒体过来,一方面觉得传统行业没有发展前途,一方面觉得区块链是最新前沿,是一个跳动的机会。

Almost all of the pre-80 candidates came from traditional industries or traditional media, on the one hand feeling that the traditional industries had no future and, on the other hand, that the block chain was the latest frontier and an opportunity to jump.

传统行业方面,包括金融证券等,应聘者对交易所虚拟货币的行情分析专业,但是有些可能缺少新媒体操作网感,或行文逻辑有问题。

In the traditional sector, including financial securities, candidates specialize in the analysis of the exchange's virtual currency, but some may lack a sense of networking for the new media or have problems with drafting logic.

有家媒体反映,一位60后编辑可能自己觉得写得有趣,但其他人不这么觉得。

这种情况怎么办?就让他们发挥自己特长就行了,分析下行情等等,综合类稿件就少写。

二、要行业从业背景,还是要文字新闻专业背景?

这对任何媒体来说都是经常遇到的问题。之前对科技媒体来说,可能理科生较好,有理性逻辑、对科技产品感兴趣,文字不差就可以胜任。

This is often a problem for any media. For science and technology media, there may have been better science students, rational logic, interest in science and technology products, and writing can be good enough.

区块链媒体略有不同,这是一个综合学科,更是一个类似"道家"、讲道理多于将技术的学科。几乎所有人站在同一起跑线。

The block chain media is slightly different, and it's an integrated subject, and it's a subject that is similar to a Taoist, more reasoned than a technology. Almost all people are on the same track.

毕竟是媒体,最好还是找"新闻背景"的编辑,文字表达能力好,至于区块链专业方面,只要是个正常人,肯于学习就不是问题。

After all, it's the media, and it's better to find an editor for "the background of the news" who has good writing skills. As for the professional aspects of the block chain, it's not a problem to study as long as it's a normal person.

即使是区块链达人,炒币达人,写文章没逻辑、句子不通顺,你会很头疼。

三、找聪明+踏实的人

iii. Find someone who's smart and smart.

找聪明的人,但别太聪明,太聪明的不稳定,想法多。
